It is my utmost goal through the ministry of music and testimony to draw others to Christ. I do what I do first and foremost for the Lord. Music blesses me so much and it is my prayer that God will use me in the same manner to bless others. I love to sing and I want to use that talent for God and Him alone. God has been so gracious and merciful to me, always standing by my side, even when it seems I'm all alone. Even in times that I have turned my back on Him, He still stands with His arms open wide, ready to forgive. I never imagined the plans that God had for my life.
Several years ago, around November 2006, I was sitting in my room just pouring my heart out to God, thinking about all the mistakes that I had made and how they were impacting my life. How could I have let my eyes fall so far from the Lord? I said, "God, I just can't believe that you don't still have a plan for me, even though I've really messed up, I just can't believe that this is it. Your Word tells us that you help us 'redeem the time' so please Lord, I have to believe that's true. Please Lord, show me Your plan for my life."
I am amazed when I look back and see how God answered that prayer. Through a series of events connected to the local Christian radio station, God placed a music ministry in my hands, and has given me many opportunities to sing and share my testimony with others. I feel an especially strong calling to work with women and young people in sharing my testimony, although I am willing to serve in any area and believe that God has no limits.
